Who Else Wants To Build A Back Pain Resistant-Bullet Proof Spine? 

The alarm clock goes off...abruptly waking you from a not so deep sleep...you barely get your eyes open and start to roll out of bed...then...you realize how much your back is aching.  You wonder how much longer you're going to have to deal with this.  You say to yourself "I hope it just stays at an ache and doesn't get any worse."  You go about your business and make sure you call your chiropractor to schedule your appointment in hopes he will be able to "put your spine back in"....

Muscle imbalances are the root cause of over 98% of all back pain!  You may be wondering where I got that percentage from.  Well...in literally working with hundreds of clients with back pain over the last 6 years, about 98% of them had directly measurable postural imbalances.  Once the imbalances were corrected with specific exercises, stretches, and muscle release techniques, their back pain had decreased either dramatically or was completely eliminated!

What is a muscle imbalance?

Every muscle in your body performs a specific job.  Muscles have direct influence on your bones and assist movement.  Joints in your body often move in multiple directions and therefore sometimes require many muscles to control movement.  Each muscle has a direct opposite muscle that performs the opposite movement.  The balance between these two muscles creates "optimal tension" and puts the joint in a "neutral" position.

Muscles can become imbalanced through bad posture, sitting at a computer all day or other habitual work positions, sports, or even more common, improperly designed exercise programs that do not work the muscles of your body in the correct ratios.  This creates unequal tension in the muscles.  One side becomes tight and overworked, while the other side becomes weak and shut off.
